Naomi Campbell at the NYC District Criminal Court charged with assault after allegedly attacking her assistant.
Naomi Campbell's former assistant says she is too scared to confront the supermodel she has accused of attacking her.
Amanda Brack, who has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boss, claims Campbell physically assaulted her on four separate occasions.
The PA says Campbell's behaviour "needs to stop" and describes her job as a fairytale gone wrong.
Brack, now 20, started working for the supermodel at just 19 years old and quickly became accustomed to the celebrity lifestyle.
"I met celebrities, I went to parties, I went on yachts, on helicopters," she said.
"Besides the violence I felt lucky, yes.
"When you're 19 and you're doing things another 19-year-old would never do you feel lucky."
Brack claims the abuse started during a trip to Mexico, when there were problems with Campbell's flights and luggage.
"She flew into a rage. I tried to walk out but she cornered me against the wall and slapped me in the face," she explained.
"She got really, really upset and she slammed the Blackberry in my face."
Campbell's hairstylist apparently had to pull the model off her assistant and Brack says Campbell quickly apologised.
But, according to the PA, a second attack inside the beauty queen's New York apartment quickly followed.
"It was the opposite of Cinderella - it was the fairytale becoming the nightmare," Brack said.
"She got really, really angry at me and she didn't have her own phone to throw at me so she threw her friend's phone at me, and I ducked down and the phone exploded on the counter."
"I wouldn't want to meet her again," she added.
Campbell currently has three pending lawsuits filed against her - all by former employees who claim she was abusive towards them.
In March this year she was arrested after supposedly attacking housekeeper Ana Scolavino with a jewel-encrusted mobile phone. She denies the accusation.
In June this year maid Gaby Gibson also sued her for assault.
