Is tonight the night that Bo Dallas realizes his dream of becoming the NXT Champion? He will face Big E Langston after earning the match by winning the Number One Contender Battle Royal. Will the man with the Five Count smile at the end of the night or will the man who smiles be the one who holds the title at the end of this week’s show?

We see footage from Sami Zayn’s debut against Curt Hawkins and his impromptu match against Antonio Cesaro.
Match Number One: Sami Zayn versus Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro attacks Zayn when he enters the ring and follows him to the floor. Cesaro hot shots Zayn on the guardrails. Cesaro runs Zayn ribs first into the ring post. Cesaro is held back by the referee and the match has not officially started.
The match officially starts and Cesaro with a running European uppercut but Zayn kicks out. Cesaro with cross faces to Zayn and then he pushes Zayn to the mat. Zayn with chops but Cesaro with forearms. Zayn with forearms and Cesaro with a knee. Cesaro with a knee to he chest. Zayn leaps over Cesaro and he gives Cesaro a back body drop.
Zayn with punches but Cesaro with a leaping spinebuster and Zayn looks to be woozy. Cesaro with a reverse chin lock. Zayn avoids a clothesline and Zayn with a leg lariat for a near fall. Cesaro runs Zayn into the turnbuckles and then he punches Zayn in the ribs. Cesaro with punches to the midsection but Zayn with chops. Cesaro with a knee and chops of his own.
Zayn with forearms but Cesaro with a knee. Zayn counters a European uppercut with a back slide for a near fall. Cesaro catches Zayn and hits a one armed tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall.

We are back and Cesaro with a reverse chin lock but Zayn with a jawbreaker. Zayn with a sunset flip but Cesaro with a leaping double stomp for a near fall. Cesaro with another near fall as he continues to wear down Zayn. Cesaro stomps on the hand. Zayn with a head butt to the midsection but Cesaro with a kick.
Cesaro with a reverse chin lock but Zayn gets back to his feet. Cesaro drives Zayn back to the mat while holding on to the chin lock. Zayn backs Cesaro into the turnbuckles to try to get out of the hold but Cesaro holds on. Zayn with a Blue Thunder Driver for a near fall.
Zayn gets a second wind but Cesaro with a European uppercut for a near fall. Cesaro picks up Zayn for the dead lift side salto but he can only get a near fall. Cesaro with forearms to Zayn and he picks up Zayn by the ears. Cesaro with strikes to Zayn in the corner and he connects with forearms across the chest. Zayn with a body scissors followed by a head scissors to send Cesaro over the top rope to the floor.
Zayn with a plancha onto Cesaro. They return to the ring and Zayn goes up top but Cesaro with a European uppercut but Zayn is able to kick out. Cesaro cannot believe that Zayn has survived this long and he waits for Zayn to return to his feet.
Cesaro with a reverse chin lock but Zayn with punches. Cesaro with a knee. Zayn with an elbow. Zayn with a flip power bomb for a near fall. Zayn asks if that was a three count. Zayn runs into a boot from Cesaro and Zayn goes down. Cesaro tries to pick up Zayn and Zayn tries for an inside cradle. Cesaro counters with a dead lift suplex attempt but Zayn escapes and he gets a near fall with a rollup.
Cesaro with a reverse chin lock but Zayn with an arm drag. Cesaro returns to the chin lock and Zayn starts to lose consciousness. Cesaro picks up Zayn and hits the Gotch Style Neutralizer for the three count.

After the match, Cesaro slaps Zayn. Then he chokes Zayn while referees hold him off.
Renee Young is in the back with Bayley but she is a bit hesitant. Renee asks her how she is doing. Bayley says that she is good and she like robots. She asks Renee if she likes her headband.
Renee asks Bayley about her match against Alicia. Bayley says that Alicia is pretty and she asks Renee if she thinks Bayley is pretty. Bayley asks Renee if she wants to play robots or Jenga after she beats Alicia Fox.

Sylvester Lefort comes out and he says that as a money making entrepreneur, he introduces the next NXT Tag Team Champions, Scott Dawson and Garrett Dylan.
Match Number Two: Travis Tyler and Baron Corbin versus Scott Dawson and Garrett Dylan (with Sylvester Lefort)
Dawson and Tyler start things off and they lock up. Dawson with forearms against the ropes but Tyler with a side head lock take down. Tyler with a side head lock take down. Dawson with an elbow and then he tags in Dylan. Dylan with a knee to the midsection and he kicks Tyler. Dawson tags in and he kicks Tyler and connects with a forearm. Dylan tags back in and he connects with a forearm to the back. Dylan with forearms to the back and a kick. Dylan with a slam and he tags Dawson back in. They pick up Tyler by the hair and send him back to the mat. Dawson gets a near fall and he kicks Tyler.
Dylan tags back in and he punches Tyler in the midsection. Dawson tags back in and he connects with shoulders. Dawson with a snap mare and a snap leg drop. Dawson with a knee drop and he tags Dylan back in. Dylan with a punch and he kicks Tyler. Dawson tags back in and Dylan with a punch to the midsection and Dawson with a kick to the head.

We go to footage from the back from earlier today. Corey Graves, Adrian Neville, and Kassius Ohno are in a room together and Corey asks Adrian why he gets a match against Bray Wyatt next week. Adrian asks Corey if he deserves the match more. Kassius says that he has issues with Bray.
William Regal enters the room and he says that Bray Wyatt has all of them fighting when they should be talking about taking care of the Family. Regal compares the Wyatt Family to the Shield. Regal says that no one can band together to take care of the Shield. He says that Corey knows about The Shield. The Family can be just as dangerous or even more dangerous because Wyatt is a delusional psychopath. Regal suggests that they get together and figure out a way to get rid of the Family or they could be decimating everyone in NXT.
Adrian says that he has a singles match with Bray Wyatt next week, but he knows that he will be outnumbered. He asks Corey and Kassius to watch his back. Then they can have Bray. He wants to know if they are in or out.
Corey says that he hates to wait in line, but he is in. Kassius says that he is in too.
Kassius thanks William for the chat. He says that he will figure out a way to pay Regal back for everything that he has done.

Bayley offers her hand to Alicia and Alicia reluctantly shakes it but Bayley hugs Alicia and they go into the corner. Alicia with an elbow and she sends Bayley into the turnbuckles. Alicia with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Alicia with a snap mare and a reverse chin lock. Bayley with elbows but Alicia pulls Bayley to the mat.
Alicia removes Bayley’s headband. Bayley with forearms and Alicia puts Bayley in the corner and she slaps Bayley. Bayley with forearms and a monkey flip. Bayley with running double sledges and a leaping knee drop for a near fall.

Bo with a waist lock but Langston with a back drop and he holds up the hand for the people to chant ‘Five’. Bo with a side head lock and he tries for a shoulder tackle but that was not effective. Bo with a drop kick and Langston stays on his feet. Langston with a leap frog and a shoulder tackle.
Langston grabs Bo by the hair and Bo with a punch and forearms followed by a drop kick to the knees. Langston charges at Bo and Bo drops down and Langston goes over the top rope to the floor. Langston shows some frustration and he hits the ring steps.
Langston takes his time getting back into the ring but Bo with forearms to the back. Langston sends Bo into the middle turnbuckle and Bo goes to the floor as we go to commercial.
We are back and Langston sends Bo into the apron and then they return to the ring. Langston with five punches to the midsection. Langston with a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Langston punches Bo and then he hits an Ultimate Warrioresque splash.
Bo with a forearm and punches but Langston with a back elbow that sends Bo to the floor. Langston sends Bo back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Langston goes for another Warrior Splash but Bo rolls out of the way. Bo gets to his feet first and he connects with a few clotheslines but Langston stays on his feet. Bo with a punch to the midsection and a boot to the head but Langston continues to stay on his feet. Langston runs into knees from Bo and Bo with forearms followed by an Acid Drop for a near fall.
