In news WWE does not want to even acknowledge, Jack Swagger is set to appear in court in Gulfport, MS today to answer charges in response to 2/19 arrest for Driving Under The Influence (marijauna). It happened shortly after WWE taped Smackdown. If found guilty of DUI, he faces a fine of $250 to $1,000, two days in jail or both, and orders to complete an alcohol-safety education course and attend a victim impact class. He could lose his driver's license for a year, or for 90 days if he completes the educational class.
