We are in Providence, Rhode Island and your announcers are John ‘What’s the Best Way’ Layfield and Michael ‘We passed 100 Dunkin Donuts from the airport to the arena’ Cole.
Teddy Long is in the ring and he has an announcement to make. He welcomes everyone to Smackdown. He says that there is a new General Manager on Raw, Brad Maddox. He doesn’t know too much about Brad’s qualifications but they have to be better than Vickie Guerrero. Mr. McMahon knows what he is doing. Speaking of Mr. McMahon, he is here tonight. Rumor has it that Vince is going to be giving him a job evaluation.
Teddy asks everyone if he is doing a good job and then he asks if people want to see him as permanent General Manager.
Teddy is interrupted by the music of the real General Manager of Smackdown, Booker T and he makes his way to the ring and Teddy is shut up by the shock.
Booker asks how everyone is doing and he thanks Teddy for filling in for him in his absence and he tells Teddy that he did a hell of a job. Booker says that he is back and he is ready to do his GM duties. He asks if everyone is ready to dig.
Vince McMahon’s music plays and he comes to the ring. Vince shakes Booker and Teddy’s hands and then he wants everyone to welcome Booker and Teddy.
Vince says that he wants to make sure that there is no dissension between the two of them because only one person can be in charge. Vince asks Teddy how he would impress everyone tonight.
Teddy suggests Curtis Axel versus Chris Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship.
Vince asks Booker what he would do.
Booker says that he would make a match between Alberto Del Rio going one on one with the winner of the All Star Ladder match, Randy Orton.
Vince says that he has a tough decision and then Raw’s music plays and Brad Maddox makes his way to the ring and he is a bit disheveled. Brad wants to have a word with Vince. He says that Vince made him general manager of Raw, but he should also make him general manager of Smackdown. Brad says that he would have suggested both matches and he says that tonight is the Smackdown return of Rob Van Dam.
Vince asks Brad if he is sure about that.
Vince says that the permanent General Manager should be . . .
VICKIE GUERERO
Vickie makes her way to the ring and she hugs Vince.
Vickie takes the mic and she thanks Mr. McMahon. She says the people are the reason why she was removed from her job on Raw. That is why she hates everyone. Vickie says that she is back and she is back with power. There is nothing that anyone in this ring can do. There is nothing that anyone out there can do about this.
Vickie says that she is the permanent General Manager of Smackdown.
Vickie leaves the ring while Brad, Booker, and Teddy argue in the ring.
In addition to the matches that were announced by people who are not in charge, Paul Heyman will be on MizTV tonight.

Match Number One: Jack Swagger (with Antonio Cesaro and Zeb Colter) versus Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler with a rollup for a near fall and then Swagger goes to the floor to regroup. They lock up and Ziggler works on the arm but Swagger with a forearm while we watch AJ and Big E watching from the back. Ziggler with a kick and he misses a Fameasser but Swagger goes to the floor to discuss strategy with Zeb and Antonio.
Swagger makes his way back into the ring and he backs Ziggler into the corner. Ziggler punches Swagger from the turnbuckles but Swagger with a throw to send Ziggler to the mat. Swagger with a shoulder tackle but Ziggler with a drop kick and Swagger rolls back to the floor. Ziggler punches Swagger on the floor and he sends Swagger back in. Cesaro pulls Ziggler off the apron and he connects with a European uppercut.
The referee sees Ziggler down on the floor and he sends Cesaro to the back. Zeb argues with the referee and bumps him so the referee sends Colter to the showers. Swagger argues with the referee while Colter and Cesaro head to the back. Ziggler with an inside cradle for a near fall.
Ziggler with a sunset flip for a near fall but Swagger with an ankle lock. Ziggler sends Swagger into the turnbuckles and then he hits the Zig Zag for the three count.

After the match, Ziggler gets on the mic and he says that he dumped his girlfriend on Monday night. He reminds us that his girlfriend was AJ. Dolph says that he is sorry. He is sorry that he didn’t do it a lot sooner.
We go to the back and AJ starts to freak out. Langston tries to console her but AJ attacks some chairs because Ziggler might have sat on them at some time. AJ starts hitting Langston to get out some anger and that calms her down a little. Langston kisses AJ on the forehead and walks away.

Match Number Two: Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns versus Jimmy and Jey Uso
The Usos hit the ring and they go right after Rollins and Reigns. All four men continue to battle in the ring before the referee can ring the bell. Dean Ambrose comes out and he goes after the Usos to make it a three-on-two assault.
Mark Henry’s music plays and the Shield sends the Usos to the floor so they can wait for Henry to make his way to the ring. Rollins, Reigns, and Ambrose swarm on Henry when he enters the ring but Henry fights them off with punches and head butts. The Shield regain the advantage but the Usos join with Henry and they force the Shield from the ring.

Match Number Two: Daniel Bryan versus Wade Barrett in a Season One of NXT Alumni Match
They lock up and Barrett backs Bryan into the corner and Bryan blocks a punch and connects with punches. Bryan tries for a cross body but Barrett catches him and puts him on the turnbuckles and connects with forearms followed by a kick to the midsection and he gets a near fall. Barrett with a knee to the head and then he hits a slingshot back breaker for a near fall.
Barrett stretches Bryan and then he goes for the reverse chin lock. Bryan with kicks in the corner but Barrett with a back heel kick. Barrett with an Irish whip but Bryan flips over and he goes for a crucifix but he rolls Barrett over and applies the Yes Lock and Barrett taps out.
Winner: Daniel Bryan
We go to the back and Vickie Guerrero is giving instructions to someone but Brad Maddox interrupts. He says that it is funny how things come full circle. They are both General Managers so they are even.
Vickie wants to shake on it and Brad puts out his hand and instead of shaking the hand, Vickie slaps Brad in the face.

We are back and Miz is in the ring and he welcomes everyone to MizTV. He talks about his guest tonight. A man who cost CM Punk his shot at the WWE Title. He brings out Paul Heyman.
Paul makes his way to the ring and we see what Brock Lesnar did to CM Punk.
Miz waits before asking his first question. He says that he has tons of questions because he knows that Paul will lie or bend the truth. He says that Paul is beneath contempt so the floor is Paul’s.
Paul takes the mic and he thanks Mr. Mizanin for the castigation of his perceived lack of ethics. Paul says that he is merely an advocate. His client, Brock Lesnar is a merciless emissary of suffering with his sights set squarely on CM Punk. Brock Lesnar has no conscience whatsoever.
Paul tells everyone what they don’t realize is how painful this is for him because he still has love in his heart for his former best friend. Paul offers this public plea to CM Punk. He tells Punk to stay down. Stay down, Punk. Stay down, go home. Leave the WWE Universe behind. Lick your wounds and don’t ever think about getting back up again.
If Punk ever shows his face again, Brock Lesnar is going to take his actions as a spiteful act of provocation and he will be dealt with by the beast incarnate, BROCK LESNAR!
Miz throws out a few reallys. Miz asks Paul if he is enjoying this. Miz says that he understands why Paul lies. Match Number Three: Curtis Axel (with Paul Heyman) versus Chris Jericho for the WWE Intercontinental Title
They lock up and Axel with a side head lock. Axel with a shoulder tackle and then he hurdles Jericho but Jericho with a drop kick and clothesline that sends Axel over the top rope to the floor. Jericho with a baseball slide to Axel and he goes to the floor and thinks about going after Heyman but he decides to send Axel back into the ring. Jericho with a forearm from the turnbuckles and he gets a near fall. Axel with a knee to the midsection and a punch.
Axel with a hard Irish whip and he gets a near fall. Axel with a quarter nelson and chin lock on Jericho. Jericho with chops and a forearm. Jericho with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Jericho with a kick to the head but Axel with an Irish whip. Jericho floats over but Axel with a Northern lariat for a near fall.
Axel misses a splash into the corner and Jericho goes up top and hits a cross body and gets a near fall. Jericho goes for a Codebreaker but Axel catches him and he hits a power bomb and gets a near fall. Axel retreats to the corner and we go to commercial.
We are back and Axel with a reverse chin lock but Jericho with a knee and punch. Jericho with an Irish whip but Axel moves when Jericho charges at him in the corner and Jericho hits the ring post. Axel slams Jericho and he goes to the turnbuckles for an elbow drop but Jericho moves.
Jericho with shoulder tackles to Axel followed by an enzuigiri and he gets a near fall. Jericho chops Axel followed by an Irish whip but Axel avoids the bulldog and Axel with the snap swinging neck breaker but Jericho kicks out at two. Axel with a chop and he misses a drop kick when Jericho holds on to the ropes.
Jericho with a Lionsault but Axel kicks out at two. Jericho with knees to the head but Axel avoids a slam attempt. Jericho is sent over the top rope but he lands on the apron and Axel with a kick to counter the sledge from the turnbuckles. Axel tries for the Perfectplex but Jericho blocks it and he tries for the Walls of Jericho.
Heyman gets on the apron and Jericho gets distracted. Axel with a rollup for a near fall. Jericho puts Axel in the Walls of Jericho. Axel tries to get to the ropes so he can get the hold released and keep his title. Axel is about to tap but he is able to crawl to the ropes and the hold is broken.
Axel goes to the floor and Jericho with a pescado onto Axel followed by punches. Jericho sends Axel into the announce table and he punches Curtis. Axel is sent into the ring. Heyman distracts Jericho long enough for Axel to kick Jericho in the head and he hits the neck breaker driver for the three count.

After the match, Ryback makes his way to the ring to check on Chris Jericho. Ryback with light kicks to the head and then he slaps Jericho in the head. Ryback picks up Jericho but Jericho with punches and forearms. Ryback with a punch and clothesline to Jericho followed by a marching musclebuster. Ryback wants to leave the ring but he decides to kick Jericho in the head. Ryback finally leaves the ring.

We are back and Damien Sandow is in the ring and we see footage of Sandow pulling Cody from the ladder to win the match and earn the briefcase.
Damien says that Mahatma Gandhi said that the weak cannot forgive because forgiveness is an attribute of the strong. Damien wants to clarify something. On Sunday, it was every man for himself. Everyone knew this and despite what the people are chanting, he did not screw Cody.
Sandow asks why did his best friend do what he did on Monday. We take a look at the footage.
Sandow says that he is not going to react to this the same way that you slack jawed mouth breathers would do. He is not going to condemn Cody for what he did or spit hateful rhetoric in his direction. That is what separates the intellectual savior from the unwashed masses. That is what separates knuckle dragging halfwits from a beacon of enlightenment like himself.
Damien demands SILENCE. Cody and him are both talented. They are both civilized. They are both still best friends. Damien says that he wants to give Cody the opportunity to come out and explain himself.
Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring. Cody asks for the mic and Damien says that no explanation is necessary. He wants to tell Cody man to man and eye to eye that he forgives Cody for acting out in anger. He forgives Cody for everything.
Damien says that he may have prevented Cody from being Mr. Money in the Bank, but he has a metaphorical olive branch. He will give Cody the honor of being Protector of the Case. Until Damien cashes in the briefcase, Cody will be responsible for its protection and safety. Damien tells Cody that he has earned this.
Cody holds the briefcase and then he hits Sandow in the head with the case. Cody with punches and kicks to Sandow and Sandow escapes. Cody throws the briefcase up the ramp.
Rob Van Dam is walking and kicking in the back as we go to commercial.
Match Number Four: Rob Van Dam versus Darren Young (with Titus O’Neil)
They lock up and Young with a side head lock and shoulder tackle followed by a Millions of Dollars Dance. Van Dam with a body scissors rollup for a near fall. Van Dam blocks a kick and hits a step over heel kick and then he hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Van Dam with a pescado onto Young and he gets into the ring before Titus can do anything.
Van Dam with a back heel kick and then he rolls Young into position for Rolling Thunder but Titus gets on the apron to distract Van Dam and it allows Young to hit Van Dam from behind. Young gets Van Dam on his shoulders and he drops Van Dam across the top rope and gets a near fall.
Young with a reverse chin lock and kick. Van Dam with a kick to Darren in the corner followed by a cross body for a near fall. Van Dam with a clothesline and round kick but Young with a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Van Dam with a kick to Young and then he hits Rolling Thunder and Young rolls to the apron.
Young with a shoulder from the apron and he tries for a sunset flip back into the ring but Van Dam is able to escape and he hits a springboard side kick. Van Dam knocks Titus off the apron and then he goes up top and hits the five star frog splash for the three count.

We are back with a Raw Rebound.
Vickie is in her office and she is on the phone. Vickie tells the person on the other side of the call that she wants the office redecorated by next week.
Teddy enters and he is very humbled. Vickie tells him to stop with the attitude. They have known each other for years and they have mistreated each other. She wants bygones to be bygones because they are both adults.
Teddy asks Vickie if she means it and Vickie tells Teddy that she didn’t mean it. She gets security to escort Teddy from the building. She tells Teddy that if he ever wants to come back to Smackdown, he will have to buy a ticket.
Before the main event starts, we are told that Big Show will return to action on Monday night.
Match Number Five: Randy Orton versus Alberto Del Rio in a Non Title Match
They lock up and Orton with head butts and punches. Orton with punches in the corner and then he hits a standing drop kick. Orton puts Del Rio on the top turnbuckle but Del Rio with a cross arm breaker in the ropes and then he returns to the ring and he sends Orton shoulder first into the ring post.
Del Rio with a running kick to the head and then he stomps on Orton. Del Rio with a divorce court for a near fall. Orton goes to the ropes and Del Rio wraps Orton’s injured arm in the ropes. Del Rio sends Orton back into the ring and Del Rio goes up top and he waits for Orton to turn around and when Del Rio comes off the turnbuckles, Orton with a drop kick.
Orton with two clotheslines and he avoids a clothesline from Del Rio. Del Rio holds on to the ropes to avoid the power slam and Orton falls to the mat. Del Rio applies the cross arm breaker. Orton gets to the ropes and Del Rio releases the hold. Del Rio with kicks to the injured arm. Orton with a back breaker but he uses the injured arm to hold Del Rio and he hesitates before making the cover.
Orton sets for the IEDDT but Del Rio gets back into the ring and he sends Orton over the top rope. Orton lands on the apron but Del Rio with a drop kick and Orton falls to the floor. Del Rio sends Orton back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Del Rio with a running kick to the injured shoulder.
Del Rio taunts Orton and mocks him by punching the mat. Del Rio tries for an RKO of his own and Orton escapes and hits a power slam for a near fall. Del Rio with a single arm breaker and then he charges at Orton and Orton sends Del Rio to the apron for an IEDDT. Orton looks around and he twists to the mat and pounds it. Orton sets for the RKO but Del Rio with a lungblower for a near fall.
Del Rio signals for the cross arm breaker and he floats over but Orton is able to escape. Del Rio misses a super kick and Orton with the RKO for the three count.

Jericho with a Lionsault but Axel kicks out at two. Jericho with knees to the head but Axel avoids a slam attempt. Jericho is sent over the top rope but he lands on the apron and Axel with a kick to counter the sledge from the turnbuckles. Axel tries for the Perfectplex but Jericho blocks it and he tries for the Walls of Jericho.
Heyman gets on the apron and Jericho gets distracted. Axel with a rollup for a near fall. Jericho puts Axel in the Walls of Jericho. Axel tries to get to the ropes so he can get the hold released and keep his title. Axel is about to tap but he is able to crawl to the ropes and the hold is broken.
Axel goes to the floor and Jericho with a pescado onto Axel followed by punches. Jericho sends Axel into the announce table and he punches Curtis. Axel is sent into the ring. Heyman distracts Jericho long enough for Axel to kick Jericho in the head and he hits the neck breaker driver for the three count.

After the match, Ryback makes his way to the ring to check on Chris Jericho. Ryback with light kicks to the head and then he slaps Jericho in the head. Ryback picks up Jericho but Jericho with punches and forearms. Ryback with a punch and clothesline to Jericho followed by a marching musclebuster. Ryback wants to leave the ring but he decides to kick Jericho in the head. Ryback finally leaves the ring.

We are back and Damien Sandow is in the ring and we see footage of Sandow pulling Cody from the ladder to win the match and earn the briefcase.
Damien says that Mahatma Gandhi said that the weak cannot forgive because forgiveness is an attribute of the strong. Damien wants to clarify something. On Sunday, it was every man for himself. Everyone knew this and despite what the people are chanting, he did not screw Cody.
Sandow asks why did his best friend do what he did on Monday. We take a look at the footage.
Sandow says that he is not going to react to this the same way that you slack jawed mouth breathers would do. He is not going to condemn Cody for what he did or spit hateful rhetoric in his direction. That is what separates the intellectual savior from the unwashed masses. That is what separates knuckle dragging halfwits from a beacon of enlightenment like himself.
Damien demands SILENCE. Cody and him are both talented. They are both civilized. They are both still best friends. Damien says that he wants to give Cody the opportunity to come out and explain himself.
Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring. Cody asks for the mic and Damien says that no explanation is necessary. He wants to tell Cody man to man and eye to eye that he forgives Cody for acting out in anger. He forgives Cody for everything.
Damien says that he may have prevented Cody from being Mr. Money in the Bank, but he has a metaphorical olive branch. He will give Cody the honor of being Protector of the Case. Until Damien cashes in the briefcase, Cody will be responsible for its protection and safety. Damien tells Cody that he has earned this.
Cody holds the briefcase and then he hits Sandow in the head with the case. Cody with punches and kicks to Sandow and Sandow escapes. Cody throws the briefcase up the ramp.
Rob Van Dam is walking and kicking in the back as we go to commercial.
Match Number Four: Rob Van Dam versus Darren Young (with Titus O’Neil)
They lock up and Young with a side head lock and shoulder tackle followed by a Millions of Dollars Dance. Van Dam with a body scissors rollup for a near fall. Van Dam blocks a kick and hits a step over heel kick and then he hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Van Dam with a pescado onto Young and he gets into the ring before Titus can do anything.
Van Dam with a back heel kick and then he rolls Young into position for Rolling Thunder but Titus gets on the apron to distract Van Dam and it allows Young to hit Van Dam from behind. Young gets Van Dam on his shoulders and he drops Van Dam across the top rope and gets a near fall.
Young with a reverse chin lock and kick. Van Dam with a kick to Darren in the corner followed by a cross body for a near fall. Van Dam with a clothesline and round kick but Young with a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Van Dam with a kick to Young and then he hits Rolling Thunder and Young rolls to the apron.
Young with a shoulder from the apron and he tries for a sunset flip back into the ring but Van Dam is able to escape and he hits a springboard side kick. Van Dam knocks Titus off the apron and then he goes up top and hits the five star frog splash for the three count.

We are back with a Raw Rebound.
Vickie is in her office and she is on the phone. Vickie tells the person on the other side of the call that she wants the office redecorated by next week.
Teddy enters and he is very humbled. Vickie tells him to stop with the attitude. They have known each other for years and they have mistreated each other. She wants bygones to be bygones because they are both adults.
Teddy asks Vickie if she means it and Vickie tells Teddy that she didn’t mean it. She gets security to escort Teddy from the building. She tells Teddy that if he ever wants to come back to Smackdown, he will have to buy a ticket.
Before the main event starts, we are told that Big Show will return to action on Monday night.
Match Number Five: Randy Orton versus Alberto Del Rio in a Non Title Match
They lock up and Orton with head butts and punches. Orton with punches in the corner and then he hits a standing drop kick. Orton puts Del Rio on the top turnbuckle but Del Rio with a cross arm breaker in the ropes and then he returns to the ring and he sends Orton shoulder first into the ring post.
Del Rio with a running kick to the head and then he stomps on Orton. Del Rio with a divorce court for a near fall. Orton goes to the ropes and Del Rio wraps Orton’s injured arm in the ropes. Del Rio with a kick and he applies an arm bar. Orton with punches but Del Rio with an Irish whip. Orton avoids Del Rio when he charges into the corner and he gets a rollup for a near fall. Del Rio with another kick to the head and then he punches Orton against the ropes.
Del Rio goes to the floor but Orton with punches followed by a back drop driver onto the ringside barrier. Del Rio with an Irish whip into the ring steps. Del Rio sends Orton back into the ring and Del Rio goes up top and he waits for Orton to turn around and when Del Rio comes off the turnbuckles, Orton with a drop kick.
Orton with two clotheslines and he avoids a clothesline from Del Rio. Del Rio holds on to the ropes to avoid the power slam and Orton falls to the mat. Del Rio applies the cross arm breaker. Orton gets to the ropes and Del Rio releases the hold. Del Rio with kicks to the injured arm. Orton with a back breaker but he uses the injured arm to hold Del Rio and he hesitates before making the cover.
Orton sets for the IEDDT but Del Rio gets back into the ring and he sends Orton over the top rope. Orton lands on the apron but Del Rio with a drop kick and Orton falls to the floor. Del Rio sends Orton back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Del Rio with a running kick to the injured shoulder.
Del Rio taunts Orton and mocks him by punching the mat. Del Rio tries for an RKO of his own and Orton escapes and hits a power slam for a near fall. Del Rio with a single arm breaker and then he charges at Orton and Orton sends Del Rio to the apron for an IEDDT. Orton looks around and he twists to the mat and pounds it. Orton sets for the RKO but Del Rio with a lungblower for a near fall.
Del Rio signals for the cross arm breaker and he floats over but Orton is able to escape. Del Rio misses a super kick and Orton with the RKO for the three count.
