As noted earlier, WWE.com reported that CM Punk was injured on Monday's episode of Raw, suffering "multiple bruises and scrapes" on his back after Ryback slammed him through a table.
According to PWInsider, Punk was fine, despite the jarring nature of that sort of bump. He was selling the angle when they returned from commercial.
Punk is still dealing with several nagging injuries, including his knee (which was taped last night), his elbow and his ankle.
