- WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel tweeted the following after defeating Dolph Ziggler on Monday's RAW:
"Last night on #RAW, I beat @HEELZiggler, a former @WWE World Champion! Now what does that say about me...? Fill in the blanks morons!"
- In an update from earlier, it was El Local (Ricardo Rodriguez) who lost to Brad Maddox in the dark match before today's WWE TV tapings in Manchester, England.
- WWE has hired Seattle sports anchor Dan Devone to work as a backstage interviewer and do other announcer-related duties. Arda Ocal tweeted about his hiring:
"Looks like WWE hired a new announcer, Dan Devone. Congrats to him. I'm crushed - had audition in June. Maybe one day. Can't give up...."
