- Rich Ortiz, formerly known in WWE as Ricky Ortiz, will debut for Extreme Rising at their December 28th event in Philadelphia. Ortiz last appeared in the States for the now-defunct Urban Wrestling Federation.
- WWE Legend The Dynamite Kid is said to be improving slightly after suffering two strokes over the last few weeks but it's going to be a long process before he's back to 100%.
