Man Dies After Pit Bull Bites Off His Testicles

A thirty-year old Milan resident had his testicles ripped off by one of his two pit bulls. The man was at home in Milan when the incident occurred. He was transported, in serious condition to San Raffaele hospital where he later passed away.
His girlfriend was trying to get in touch with him. When she was unable to do so, she contacted authorities. She was alarmed because the man was a chronic sufferer of diabetes.
When authorities entered the home they found the man lying on the floor, naked with a great loss of blood from his testicles. According to reports, the hypothesis is that, due to his diabetes, the man may have gone into a diabetic coma and one of the pit bulls, or both, bit into his testicles while he was unconscious.
