I text my friends more than call, but that's something that just appears to be normal nowadays since more people obviously text than call. Even adults are texting, and I mean if I'm trying to get closer to a girl I'll text, but if I'm trying to get down to business I think calling is the way to go. Texting can only do so much, plus it gives the person your texting time to think where calling doesn't.

Yeah I text way more than I talk to people. i find it better to text, because you get a chance to think about what you are typing

I text more. Only cause I'm an unsociable bastard and don't like talking.

It's just easier to text, especially if it's just a quick thing like letting someone know when to meet for a night out, etc. Imagine having to call every single person going out just to tell them that.

The only people I call more than I text are my family and gf.

I guess its age related. I call. Texting, IMO is not easier at all. You have to try and hit all those tiny letters and type out a message and even with the shitty text spelling its still a pain in the ass. The only time I'd text is to avoid getting into some long ass conversation with someone when all I really want to do is send a quick message.

Text. I hate talking on the phone. It always turns awkward at some point and you try to come up with a reason to go. And then you end up with an awkward good-bye.
