View Full Version : Backstage News on Daniel Bryan's WrestleMania Push
Role Model

When CM Punk first walked out on WWE and the idea of Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H at WrestleMania XXX began being discussed, people in every aspect of the company did not believe that Bryan would get pushed. Something changed over the past few weeks and that was CM Punk deciding not to come back to the company.
A number of people in WWE have gone from being silent and patient when Punk first walked out to having attitudes like, "how dare he not come back and be a part of WrestleMania."
It's insinuated within WWE that the "Yes Movement" angle with Daniel Bryan on Monday's RAW and some of the verbiage used was meant to be a "middle finger" to Punk and an underlying message that "this could have been you but now it won't be."

People need to get over this Punk thing now. Clearly he isnt coming back anytime soon. And if he does, Im sure WWe will just wash it under the rug like it never happened.
I will bet you anything that someone (probably Bryan) will pass Punk's long title reign if he doesnt come back by the end of the year.

I really wanted the CM Punk vs The Authority angle to happen could have been like McMahon vs Austin of this era.

Personally I would like to see Punk come back, but if he doesn't I am not gonna lose sleep over it or mark out like a teenage prepubescent girl who was touched by the guy from Twilight. Do I think Bryan can carry the company? Yes. He carried ROH when he was their champion and the matches he drew worldwide were great. And yes Punk drew as a big of a crowd internationally as Bryan, but in the end it all comes down to one question. Does Punk even want to do this anymore?
I doubt CM Punk saw that 'middle finger', why would he watch such a shitty program?
Why the hell do people within and out of WWE still argue about comng back/be part of WM30 etc. ..
Does anyone think about CM Punk being mentally totally exhausted and NEEDING a rest?
I think that's the most important thing

Why would anyone care about that?
