WWE Releases The Original Sin Cara

WWE announced they have released the original Sin Cara:

"WWE has come to terms on the release of Luis Ignacio Urive Alvirde effective on March 26, 2014. We wish Luis the best of luck in his future endeavors."

I'm surprised he made it this far after 2 years and a few injuries before they did this. I hope they stick with the current Sin Cara, as his matches are solid and his promos I'm sure could get better with time.

Is the new Sin Cara still Hunico? And I agree with madscot, hopefully he doesn't take it offensively that his full real name was revealed.

Aye, the current Sin Cara is Hunico. Look at the tat on his right shoulder: it's the same as the one Hunico had the last time he wrestled.
