On Steve Austin's latest podcast, he sticks to his prediction that CM Punk will return to WWE at WrestleMania XXX. Austin said:

"I'm telling you, I'm going to stick to my prediction that CM Punk is going to make his return at WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans. I made this prediction two months ago here on the show. It's been a long time, I think he's cooled his jets, he's got some rest, and I think it's time to get back to work. I don't see him participating in a match but it would be great to see him in a run-in to establish himself, to entrench himself immediately in a memorable and just a great moment, and I would say plant himself firmly in the middle of an angle, because he would be the angle, by attacking whoever he sees fit to attack or asserting his presence rather, whatever the case may be. But I see CM Punk coming back at WrestleMania 30. Who knows if it will happen. We will know in about six short days when WrestleMania actually happens."

CM Punk coming back and attacking HHH would make sense..

He's not coming back. It would make for an awesome moment but it just doesn't make much sense. If he attack HHH then it's just gonna set up a match with them, which is the reason he left in the first place.

And make a fraction of the money he made in WWE, not worth if you ask me. I'd rather stayed retired with millions banging AJ Lee every night if I was him.

^^ Wrestling in ROH has nothing to do about the money

But it does have everything to do with the reason you would come out of retirement. Why leave WWE making millions upon millions to go work in ROH for a fraction of that money. It maybe better for wrestling but it makes literally no sense from a financial standpoint. It's a business at the end if the day.

^But then there are guys like Ric Flair who have been wrestling for the big companies for decades and still manage to blow it all on drugs and hookers. Just because you work for Wwe doesn't mean you're set for life.

Very true, but its been documented that Punk is very good with his moeny, and since he doesnt drink or do drugs he doesnt have to blow it on that. The hookers though, that could be another story

You know what prestige is? Prestige is being a 16-time world champion. Not wrestling in front of 5000 people in a tiny arena that used to be a warehouse. I will bet anything that the only reason Flair went to ROH was for a paycheck that had a good amount of zero's. If you think for even one second that there was another reason than the money than you are extremely naive. Ric Flair probably didnt even know what ROH was until they contacted him. That man will whore himself out for a paycheck anyday of the week

I mean it is a wrestling company, I don't what else I'm supposed to see them as. I would like to say I am sorry for not seeing what you see, but I'm not a liar.

^^ I meant. 99% of WWE fans does not recognize or bother to check out other wrestling promotions

I've watched hundred of ROH matches. In fact I like ROH. I think the in ring action is indeed much better. But it does not change the fact their pockets are not as deep as WWE's hence why a guy like Punk who had a max WWE deal wouldn't go there. It's not a knock on a great company, it's just business.
