Mass layoffs are expected to be announced tomorrow after WWE reports their second quarter earnings. The number that is being mentioned the most is that 10 percent of the WWE's employees will lose their jobs, which is just horrible. I expect that it will be due to performance of the WWE Network. Often when a company reports lower than expected numbers they announce layoffs to try and keep Wall Street from doing a sell off of the stock.
Currently, the stock is trading at $12.05, down 42 cents.
