WWE has greatly marked down their remaining CM Punk merchandise and it appears that some of it was pulled altogether.
There has been some back and forth between the two sides of late, but rumors of a Punk lawsuit being filed are just that, rumors. There's been no record of any such thing being filed.
*UPDATE*
All CM Punk related merchandise has now been removed from the WWEShop.com website. Any attempts to search his name result in nothing being found.

CM Punk's entire section on the WWEShop website has been completely deleted.
