On 9/13, Wildkat Sports ran "Bu Ku Dao or Die" at the Grace King Auditorium in Metairie, Louisiana. The main event of the show was designed as a sendoff for Hawx student and Wildkat regular "The Situ-Asian" Bu Ku Dao. PWInsider.com confirmed this morning he's signing a WWE developmental deal and will reporting to NXT shortly.
In his final appearance for the company, Dao defended the promotion's Revolution championship against Steve Anthony, who's an excellent worker. The fans threw streamers for Dao and the locker room surrounded the ring to cheer the main eventers on. After the match. Dao, who did not acknowledge that he signed a deal, thanked the fans and the company for all it's done for him. The company had a cake made for him. It was said to be a great moment. No word on what they are doing with the title.
The date and venue for the anniversary event has yet to be announced.
