WWE scored a victory earlier today in Louisiana after an appeals court ruled that the company had the right to seize bootleg merchandise. WWE had been turned down when they requested the right to do that last April over Wrestlemania 30 week in The Bayou State.
The ruling was picked by BusinessInsurance.com, which noted that while the District Court was correct in stating that WWE could not identify those they would need to order a seizure against, it was incorrect in using that as a reason to deny WWE's order.
