Assault Charges Against Heath Slater Dropped

Assault charges against Heath Miller, a.k.a. Heath Slater, have been dropped because the statute of limitation had expired, according to Newsradio 106.7 in Atlanta.

As noted earlier, a misdemeanor arrest warrant was issued in early December for Slater for an alleged assault incident at a hotel following a WrestleMania after-party in 2011.

Slater has not appeared on WWE television since the warrant was issued.

Well good for him. I hope WWE finds a good outlet for him. I'm sure a lot of people feel different and wish he'd never return to TV lol.
