Huge power change backstage in WWE

Mark Carano has gained a lot of power backstage and has pretty much replaced Jane Geddes (who departed WWE last month) in running Talent Relations under Triple H. Carano recently moved in a huge office in WWE HQ.

My only question is whether this guy is good for business, i.e. heading in the same direction as Triple H, or if he is just another kiss-ass yes man for Vince McMahon. The company desperately needs a new direction to go in and the results in NXT look promising. The thing is, they absolutely have to bring that same success, that same excitement, into the WWE's main shows. Putting the right staff in place is a very important part of the process.

They all kiss ass to Vince McMahon lol including Triple H and Steph. Trips busy with NXT so maybe this guy can step in.
