There was talk at last night's RAW that Lana will definitely be appearing at WrestleMania 31 with United States Champion Rusev on Sunday. As noted, Lana is away filming WWE Studios' Interrogation and WWE is using her absence to tease tension between she and Rusev. Michael Cole brought up potential issues between the two again on RAW last night. It's also worth noting that Lana is still being included in new graphics to promote Sunday's pay-per-view.
