WWE To Announce Extreme Rules Stipulation On RAW?

There are rumors of WWE announcing a stipulation on RAW for the Extreme Rules match between Rusev and WWE United States Champion John Cena. WWE is billing the match at "Rusev vs. Cena III" and with this being the rubber match taking place at a gimmick pay-per-view like Extreme Rules, a stipulation is likely.
