- Xavier Woods' first WWE Tag Team championship defense will see him reach an unusual achievement, as he'll be the first man to defend the WWE and TNA tag titles without actually winning either of them. Woods served as a replacement for tag champion Adam "Pacman" Jones in TNA in 2007, unsuccessfully defending the titles against AJ Styles and Tomko. Woods isn't recognized by TNA as an official champion.
- We noted that Dean Ambrose snapped a huge PPV losing streak at Extreme Rules, but Bad News Barrett is in a tailspin of his own. Despite being the Intercontinental Champion for the better part of this year, Barrett has no pinfall victories at WWE PPV's this year, as his only win came via DQ. Since winning the title. Since 2015 started, Barrett has only two wins on Raw or Smackdown.
- The official time for last night's Dean Ambrose/Luke Harper Chicago Street Fight was 56:10. The two disappeared for much of the show, then returned to finish the match.
