Kid Kash was released from WWE due to attitude problems. That's the same issue he had with TNA and has had with many other independent promotions.
The RAW show was definitely hurt by ESPN's Monday Night Football, drawing an 11.8 cable rating which was the largest number in ESPN History. As noted earlier, RAW did hours of 3.4 and 3.5 with the overrun doing 4.0 for a total 3.4 cable rating. That is down from last week's 3.7 and is one of the lowest non-holiday numbers all year for RAW.

On Oct. 2, WWE fans will be treated feature of Extreme Championship Wrestling: The live event scheduled for Topeka, Kan. at the Landon Arena at the Kansas Expocentre will now take place on Monday, Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. (originally scheduled for Oct. 2 at 7:00 p.m.).
