William Regal was with the WWE crew in Japan this past weekend, overseeing tryout sessions. One of the most notable names that showed up was the 27-year-old former TNA X-Division star Seiya Sanada, currently living in the United States, who made the trip back to Japan for the shows. Leona Fujinami, son of WWE Hall of Famer Tatsumi Fujinami, was also at the tryouts, along with Osaka indie wrestler Yohei, 27-year-old women’s wrestling Hikaru Shida, and a few others. In total there were six men and two women, with Fujinamiand Yohei working a match for Regal during the tour.
