The United States and its allies conducted 13 air strikes against Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq on Tuesday, the coalition said in a statement.
In Iraq, eight strikes targeted the militant group near seven cities including Baiji and Mosul. Five strikes in Syria hit near four cities, including Raqqa, said the statement released on Wednesday.
