The parade of Batman: Arkham Knight DLC marches on. Today marks the release of the Tumbler Batmobile from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy (part of the season pass or a la carte for $1.99). You can also grab the original Arkham Asylum bat suit free.
Also today, you can race along two tracks based on the recent Batman films. Coming next week, you can grab the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #2, which has challenge maps for Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Catwoman. There are also more Batmobile challenges included.
Nightwing gets his time in the spotlight next week, too. The GCPD Lockdown story DLC pits Batman’s first protégé against the Penguin, as the villain tries to bust out of GCPD lockup.
Next month, the Batman Classic TV Batmobile pack hits the season pass (and will also be available for a la carte purchase). For those that don’t already have it via pre-order, it includes the 1960s batsuit, as well as classic costumes for Catwoman and Robin. There are also two tracks based on that television show.
Catwoman gets her own story DLC. She’ll be taking on Riddler after the events of Arkham Knight. There’s also another challenge pack coming, with maps for Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Azrael.
This DLC is currently planned for rollout on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The PC version, while having received an interim stability patch which has improved the situation, is not yet for sale again.
