WWE MSG Results (October 3, 2015)
After a lengthy kickoff show pre-show on the WWE Network, the opening video rolls for tonight's WWE Network special from MSG. From there, we head to the ring.
Sheamus & Rusev vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Randy Orton
The WWE Network live special from Madison Square Garden kicks off with Mr. Money jn the Bank himself, Sheamus making his way to the ring carrying the MITB briefcase. Out next Rusev makes his way to the ring accompanied by Summer Rae. Rusev proudly waves his flag. Dolph Ziggler comes out next, walking down the ramp and making his way to the ring. Finally, out comes Randy Orton. Tag-team action opens up tonight's show.
Sheamus catches Ziggler in a chokehold. Ziggler makes his way back to his feet and get back in the match, misses with a drop kick.
Sheamus makes the tag to Rusev. Attempting the pin right into the match, Rusev overpowers Ziggler. Ziggler goes for another dropkick, instead is thrown into the turnbuckle.
Sheamus in the ring with Ziggler. Several stomps to the face of Ziggler. Rusev tagged back in, continuing to attack Ziggler who is trying to make his way to his feet. Ziggler desperately trying to find an opening, Rusev thrown once again into the turnbuckle followed by a body slam.
Once again Ziggler trying to make his way to his feet as Sheamus is tagged back in. Sheamus tags Rusov back in after a slam to the mat, Ziggler makes the taag to Orton. Orton comes in strong with a big clothesline. Orton follows up with a DDT on Sheamus. Rusev tries to sneak back into the ring.
Sheamus takes advantage and gets the upperhand on Orton. Ziggler sneaks in and slams Sheamus where Orton gets the three count for the win.
Winners: Dolph Ziggler & Randy Orton
After The Match: Rusev Attacks Again
After the finish, Rusev lost control again and starting berating Sheamus for causing him to lose. Finally Shemus loses it and Brogue Kicks him. Summer attends to Rusev as Sheamus walks off after a quick "Kiss Me Arse" joke.
Kane Video Package and Backstage Interview
They roll the prematch video package for the return of Kane. After the video package, Kane is interviewed backstage while on crutches. Kane explains he is back for one thing and one thing only, Seth Rollins.
Stardust vs Neville
Out first is Stardust as his music sounds in the arena and he makes his way to the ring. Neville out next as smoke fills the stage and he makes his way to the ring.
Bell rings and the match begins. Stardust showing off and doing cartwheels early in the fight, yelling to the crowd. Both men moving fast and agile. Neville stands on the outside of the rope grabbing hold of Stardust's neck. Stardust is able to make his way out of the hold and begins to stomp Neville.
Stardust gets a clothesline on Neville. Once again, Stardust gets a chokehold on Neville, who is trying to make his way back to his feet. A strong right to make his way out of the hold, Stardust retaliates and throws knees at Neville, once again getting him in a chokehold.
Neville makes his way back to his feet, Stardust knocks him to the mat once again. Stardust pulls Neville back to his feet, only to catch a sting from Neville. Neville with a series of kicks, Stardust jumps out of the ring only to catch another kick and a springboard moonsault. Neville throws Stardust back into the ring.
Stardust tries to get the pin, but Neville kicks out at two. Stardust goes back for Neville's cape once again and actually puts it on and begins running around the ring laughing in a victory lap as Neville lays near lifeless on the mat. Neville gets another good kick to the chin as Neville gets to the top rope once again. Neville with the red arrow and three count for the win.

Backstage: Paul Heyman Interview
Paul Heyman is being interviewed backstage and in normal fashion, Heyman is killing it as usual. He goes in depth into tonight's main event featuring his client, Brock Lesnar.
Six-Divas Match
- Charlotte (c) & Paige & Becky Lynch vs. Nikki Bella & Brie Bella & Alicia Fox vs. Sasha Banks & Tamina & Naomi
From there, we head back inside Madison Square Garden as the Divas Revolution continues at MSG on the WWE Network. Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, and Alicia Fox are out first, followed by Paige, then Eden, and last Becky Lynch. The bell rings and the match is underway with these eager Divas.
Alicia and Becky begin the match with some trash talking coming from either side.
Nikki comes in and works Becky over as there's also tension between Paige and Charlotte. Becky gets double suplexed by Nikki and Alicia for a 2 count. Alicia with a knee to the back now as Charlotte tries to rally. Fox slams Becky by her hair and in comes Brie for some double teaming and a 2 count. Nikki comes in and nails Charlotte on the apron.
Charlotte comes in but the referee backs her out. Nikki is distracted and Becky rolls her up for 2 count. Charlotte tags in and unloads on Nikki with chops. Charlotte with a neckbreaker and a spear for a big pop. Nikki hits the Rack Attack for the win.
Winners: Team Bella
After the Match
Paige grabs the mic and begins complaining her team left her high and dry as she's crying into the mic. Paige throws the mic down and limps up the ramp.
WWE Intercontinental Championship
Jericho vs. Kevin Owens
The arena goes dark as Chris Jericho's music blares and he makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. Jericho grabs the mic and welcomes everyone to this ppv event.
"This is the 25th anniversary of Chris Jericho in this business, here tonight. Oct. 3, 1990 in Alberta, CA." The crowd begins to cheer. Jericho makes a point of starting in the smallest arena in Canada, whereas now he's in the biggest arena in US.
Jericho continues to pump up the crowd as he looks back on his career and the Jerichoholics. Jericho announces if he wins tonight this will be his 10th reign as IC champion. Jericho closes with a classic "Jericho" one-liner. Out next is Kevin Owens as his music sounds.
Owens makes his way to the ring with his I-C title. He and Jericho stare each other down as the bell sounds to kick off this match. Back and forth between both men, Jericho is in it to win it tonight. Owen clotheslines Jericho and gets a two count. Owens goes for powerbomb with no luck.
Owens with a canonball on Jericho, followed by a highflying move, Jericho counters. Both men back to their feet. Jericho attempts Walls of Jericho for the 2nd time, successfully locking it in. Owens tries to reach the rope, and makes it, forcing Jericho to break the hold.
Jericho looking for his 10th IC, makes his way to pin Owens. Owens grabs the bottom rope. Jericho with several fists and kicks to the face until the ref seperates them, Owens retaliates with a superkick. Chris Jericho with the commercial and once again trying to get him in a the WOC, Owens kicks Jericho in the face and rolls him up for the three count win, keeping his belt.

WWE Tag-Team Championship
The New Day vs. The Dudley Boys
The New Day makes their way to the ring with mics in hand announcing to the audience this is the last stage of the Dudley Boys "Goodbye Tour".They make their way down the ramp and into the ring continuing to "shame" the Dudley Boys.
Devon and Bubba Ray make their way to the ring as their music sounds in the arena. The bell rings, match begins. D'von in first with Kofi Kingston. Kingston makes the tag to Big E. D;von makes the tag to Bubba Ray, a little teamwork before D'von steps outside the ropes.
Solid straight by Bubba Dudley before another tag where Kingston makes his way back into the ring. As we get into the match a bit, Woods starts acting up outside the ring and leads the fans on in giving The New Day some heat while the tag champs continue to dominate the action.
Out of nowhere, Bubba Ray and Devon hit one of The New Day guys with their 3-D finisher. The fans think they're going to see The Dudley Boyz win their record tenth WWE tag-team champs. Woods, however, ruins that by jumping in on the finisher. Now, Woods plays funeral music on the trombone as The New Day set up a table. The Dudleyz take over and blast Woods with a big 3-D through the table.

Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show
We head back to the ring now as it's time for one of the featured attractions of the evening. With that being said, Big Show's music hits and out he comes. Out next is his opponent for this evening, Brock Lesnar. WWE let the fans quiet down in between the two entrances.
The two big boys stare each other down as the bell sounds to kick off the match. Early on they do a cool spot that has Big Show dive into Lesnar and both big boys go flying through the ropes. Show then proceeds to hit Lesnar with three separate chokeslams. The announcers sell the fact that no one has ever manhandled Lesnar like this before.
Lesnar, always quick to recover, responds to the fans chants of "Suplex City!" as he nails Show with five german suplexes. After the last stop en route to Suplex City, Lesnar immediately blasted Show with an F-5 for the 1-2-3. Lesnar hits Big Show with another F-5 for good measure.
Winner: Brock Lesnar
WWE U.S. Title
(Steel Cage Match)
- John Cena (c) vs. Seth Rollins
WWE Champion Seth Rollins comes out first as the challenger in this cage match against the U.S. Champion. Out next is John Cena as his music sounds in the arena. Both men enter the ring, the cage is lowered and the match begins.
Rollins has a strong lead on Cena in the beginning of this match. Rollins makes his way to the very top of the cage, quickly followed by Cena who pulls him back to the mat. Rollins with a knee to the face of John Cena and getting the two count before Cena kicks out.
John Cena comes back with a dropkick and inches his way over to the cage and begins to climb. Rollins pulls him back down and gets another two count on Cena. John Cena struggling on the mat as Rollins starts smashing Cena's face against the cage while trash talking.
With Cena struggling to get back to his feet, Rollins pulls him back to his feet and throws Cena face first into the cage. Rollins holds his hands up proudly as the crowd boos him. Cena still trying to make his way back to his feet, Rollins stands Cena up once again to throw him into the cage, Cena counters, throwing Rollins into it. Both men struggling to get back to their feet.
Cena building momentum, powerbombing Rollins, goes for his signature finish but Rollins counters. Rollins attempts to get out the door but Cena pulls him back in. Rollins tries to pin Cena with a nearfall. Both men catch their breath as Rollins staggers to his feet and Cena continues to attempt to get up. Cena goes crazy with a 5 knuckle shuffle.
Rollins climbs to the top rope and flies towards Cena who is waiting and goes for the STF. Rollins drags his way to the door and tries climbing out. Rollins reaches for the stairs, inches away from the floor. Both men struggle out the door. The ref slams the door closed again. Both men sprawled on the mat trying to regain the composure.
Rollins measuring Cena, Cena launches Rollins to the top rope, Rollins climbs to the top of the cage, Cena grabs Rollins by the hair and throws him face first into the cage. Rollins with a superplex, Cena still able to kick out. Both men seemingly spent as they attempt to get back to their feet. Rollins once again attempts to climb out as Cena lays near lifeless on the mat. Rollins has two feet over the cage and begins to climb down. Cena grabs him by the hair dragging him back to the top.
Both men perched at the top of the cage throwing punches. Cena drags Rollins back into the ring. Cena DDT's from the rope with a nearfall. Once again both men are lying on the mat, attempting to gain anything they may have left. Rollins climbs to the top right above the door as Cena tries climbing out the door. Both men end up back in the ring. Rollins with a major kick to the face and a two count. Both men are physically and mentally spent.
Rollins drags Cena to his feet, Cena again with the STF. Rollins struggling in the center of the ring. Rollins is able to reverse, Cena reaching for the sky using every last bit of strength not to tap. Rollins with a low blow as Cena gets to his feet and falls right back to the mat. Rollins attempts scaling the cage, makes his way to the top. Cena still trying to regain his composure as Rollins makes it to the top. Kane's music sounds and he makes his way to the ring, standing outside the cage staring up at Rollins.
Rollins misses the big splash off the top of the cage and falls right into an AA from John Cena for the three count win. Cena celebrates, as the Demon Kane watches on outside the cage.

After the Match
To close out the show, the WWE U.S. champ leaves the ringside area as The Demon Kane enters the cage and goes to work on a beaten down Rolliins.
Kane blasts the WWE champ with a chokeslam and a tombstone piledriver. Kane's old school demonic lights and music plays as the lights go dark and red. Kane puts the WWE title across a laid out Rollins in the middle of the ring. He leaves, ending tonight's WWE MSG special on the WWE Network.
