As expected, WWE shot an injury angle on Monday’s WWE Hell In A Cell “go-home” edition of RAW in Dallas, Texas to explain the current hiatus of “The Viper” Randy Orton.
Orton, who just recently returned after being off of television for a while, is back on hiatus and is scheduled to get married in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 14th. It will be Orton’s second marriage.
During RAW, the cameras shot to the announce table where Michael Cole made what was called a “Breaking News Announcement.” Cole announced that Orton did not appear at the WWE tour of Mexico over the weekend as scheduled, and that he will not be competing at Sunday’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, where he was scheduled to team with Dean Ambrose to take on The Wyatt Family.
JBL chimed in and stated that his “sources” have informed him that The Wyatt Family got to Orton ahead of Sunday’s pay-per-view.
