The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar were not reprimanded for the blood during their match at Hell in a Cell on Sunday. As noted earlier this week, Vince McMahon did flip out at the Gorilla position during the main event, but it’s believed that he was upset because Lesnar shoved the referee who was checking on him.
Lesnar flew home after the doctor stitched him up. Undertaker flew home on Monday morning.
The blood was not an accident and it’s not a coincidence that Lesnar did the same exact spot (head into the post) that he did at WrestleMania. The intent, whether he hit his head on the post or cut himself up, was to get blood and Lesnar taking his glove off to punch Taker was also to get blood. Undertaker bled from his forehead, where wrestlers would normally cut themselves.
Batista has told the story about him blading in a match with Chris Jericho in 2008 and getting $100,000. If it was hard way blood then it was still clearly intentional. It is hard to believe that Lesnar was not reprimanded for shoving the doctor
