WWE Reportedly Interested In ROH Champion Jay Lethal

WWE is reportedly interested in signing ROH World Champion Jay Lethal, according to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Lethal’s ROH contract expires soon and he would be brought in to enhance the NXT roster.

With WWE expanding NXT’s touring schedule heading into 2016, Lethal would be a tremendous addition to the already-deep NXT roster, which features many competitors Lethal has worked for other promotions across the world. Last week, Lethal tweeted:

Just reflecting on all the excitement 2015 has brought me… Who knows what is Next for me in 2016! Let’s do this!!!
