After lots of speculation, the rumors turned out to be true and AJ Styles has made his official WWE debut. Styles was a surprise entrant in the 30-man Royal Rumble match on Sunday. He entered the match as the #3 entrant, and was eventually eliminated by Kevin Owens. Owens yelled “welcome to WWE” at Styles before throwing him over the top rope. The crowd was chanting “AJ Styles” as he was walked to the back by a ref.
Styles is expected to be backstage at Monday’s RAW. There’s no word on if he’ll appear on the show as of this writing.
