More Backstage Heat On Lana

There is said to be ‘another round’ of heat on Lana, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.

Lana recently said something that’s getting her a lot of negative attention backstage. Meltzer noted that “it’s probably nothing except everyone is talking about it.” The Rock’s backstage interaction with her last night where he spoke about her coming to his hotel room and telling Rusev how ‘flexible’ she is that reflects her current standing with the company.

Previously, Lana was in the doghouse after she went public with her engagement to Rusev while they were broken up on WWE television. She also didn’t win anybody over by calling out Paige on Twitter a few months ago.

Despite what’s going on with Lana, Rusev is still well liked backstage.

Rusev should have attacked the Rock from behind. Attacking Rock in Miami would garner him massive heat and would go a long way to setting Rusev back onto track as a legitimate main event threat. Alas, the WWE would rather make the Miz, Big Show, and Rusev look like jokes in order to let the Rock do his thing in his hometown.
