Offcourse WWE has to rename their faction when they come there
In every other promotions their name is The Bullet Club. WWE does yet another mistake.....

NJPW owns the rights to the name Bullet Club.

^^ Maybe. But they use the name in other promotions as well. Global Force Wrestling and Ring Of Honor to mention two
This is one of the biggest issues I have with WWE. Because every wrestling fan with respect for himself/herself knows who BC is. Same with Bryan Danielson, Prince Devitt, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Sin Cara +++ But WWE always has to rename them. It's actually weird that Cm Punk and AJ Styles was allowed to keep the names.

Those other promotions might mention them, but they can't outright use the name or sell merch. WWE has always renamed most of the wrestlers.
I don't know the exact reason why Vince renames them, but I'm sure it has to do with branding them to the WWE name and merch.
As to the Bullet Club, they tried to get the trademark, but NJPW wouldn't budge.

^^ Sometimes renaming the guys hurt their careers. Everyone knows Sami Zayn as El Generico. The WWE fans even sing the OLE song when he enters. The problem is that he's not El Generico, but a random jobber for WWE. With the El Generico gimmick, they could not have used him as a jobber, as they have done
