Sting is not giving up his dream of getting in the ring with The Undertaker. The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion was interviewed by FOX 4 in Dallas on Friday to promote Sunday’s WrestleMania 32. When asked about his possible retirement, Sting said that it’s “just talk,” and he’s getting “mixed signals” from doctors about the status of his neck. He revealed that he has not yet undergone neck surgery, and he feels good enough for “another fight.”
Sting made it clear he wants one more match, saying, “I have a dream match that I’ve always wanted to do against The Undertaker. If I have my way it’s gonna happen.”
Sting says it’s the match wrestling fans have always wanted but could never have due to the two men previously being in competing companies.
