On late Wednesday night it was reported that Joan “Chyna” Laurer passed away. Messages were posted on the official Instagram and Twitter pages of the former WWF Intercontinental Champion & Women’s Champion stating that she has passed away at the age of 45.

According to ProWrestlingSheet, Laurer’s manager has confirmed she was found dead Wednesday at her home in Los Angeles. Sources close to the situation claim Chyna had been on medication for anxiety and sleep deprivation.
