2K has announced that the upcoming WWE 2K17 video game will have a presence at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), scheduled for June 14-16, 2016 from the Los Angeles Convention Center.
According an announcement sent in by 2K, WWE portrait artist Rob Schamberger be on hand will paint the new roster inclusions on a “sizable canvas in a live setting.” Schamberger is often seen painting at WWE live events and stars in WWE’s weekly Canvas 2 Canvas Youtube series.
This will be the first reveal of new roster members since Bill Goldberg was announced as the WWE 2K17 pre-order bonus character. Players who pre-order the game participating retailers receive two versions of Goldberg as well as two bonus playable arenas (WCW Monday Nitro and Halloween Havoc).
WWE 2K17 is scheduled for worldwide release on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment systems, Xbox One and Xbox 360 in October 2016.
