Judge Christopher Droney denied Brock Lesnar’s attempts to prevent the WWE from deposing his primary attorney David Bradley Olsen in a ruling issued on February 8, 2006.

Before Droney gets the chance to decide on whether the case will be going to trial or a Summary Judgment will be issued to the former WWE champion, WWE will get to depose Olsen and argue their case.
