SmackDown Live is off to a great start on Tuesday nights, with the premiere episode featuring the WWE Draft averaging 3.17 million viewers.
Not only was this the best audience for SmackDown since moving to the USA Network, but it topped WWE RAW the previous night, which did 3.13 million viewers.
By comparison, last week’s SmackDown (the final Thursday night episode) drew 2.07 million viewers. We’ll see how much of that audience SmackDown can retain next week, when the new era of SmackDown truly begins.
