WWE Promoting Curt Hawkins’ Return (Video), New Match Added To SummerSlam

– Curt Hawkins’ return was promoted on this week’s live episode of WWE SmackDown. Hawkins is among several former stars WWE called back to fill up the SmackDown roster. Shelton Benjamin was another, but he’s been pulled due to a shoulder injury. WWE’s promo video for Hawkins on Tuesday night featured “Chuck Norris fact”-type items about Hawkins. Hawkins was released by WWE in 2014.

– A new match was added to Sunday’s SummerSlam on SmackDown this week. Natalya, Eva Marie and Alexa Bliss will take on the team of Naomi, Carmella and Becky Lynch in six-woman tag team action.
