After last night’s WWE RAW from Kansas City went off the air, Chris Jericho and WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens teamed up to beat down Roman Reigns. Seth Rollins ran down to ringside to make the save for Reigns, but wound up getting a spear from Reigns. The show ended with Reigns celebrating to a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Rollins coming to the ring to help Roman Reigns getting beat down by two heels is certainly a babyface move. Rollins wrestled Jericho on RAW and challenges the heel champion Kevin Owens in the main event of Clash of Champions. All signs are pointing to a full Seth Rollins babyface turn. Many people were pushing for Rollins to return from his knee injury as a fan favorite, especially with the great WWE 24 special focusing on his road to recovery. Finn Balor’s SummerSlam injury at the hands of Seth seem to have put Seth on course for a big run as the top babyface on RAW.
