Becky Lynch Crowned First-Ever WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion

Tonight’s WWE Backlash in Richmond Virginia began with the crowning of a new WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion. Becky Lynch became the first ever woman to wear to belt, although she pointed out she doesn’t quite know how to wear a championship belt because she’s never had one. Becky outlasted Alexa Bliss, Naomi, Natalya, and Nikki Bella, finally defeating Carmella to become champion.

I think the only reason they gave it to Becky and not Nikki is because Nikki already has a feud with Carmella and I do not see Carmela feuding for the title.
