SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has shed some light on the health situation that kept her out of the ring for several weeks earlier this month. During a Q&A panel at the Wizard World Comic Con in Tulsa, Oklahoma over the weekend, Lynch was asked about why she was unable to wrestle.
She candidly replied that she “had something removed,” but is completely fine now. “So I had to go into the ER. But it is all good, I got better within a few days.”
Lynch revealed she was physically able to wrestle days after the procedure, but WWE kept her out of action as a precaution.
“I wanted to be back on the road because they kept me out a little bit longer,” Lynch noted. “I just want to get back in there as soon as possible.”
