Triple H held a conference call on Friday to promote NXT’s Takeover: Toronto event, and shed some light on Shawn Michaels’ role at the WWE Performance Center. Kevin Nash recently claimed on a podcast that Michaels is now in charge of the Performance Center, but Triple H says his role there is yet to be determined.
HHH noted that Matt Bloom has been doing a “great job” as the head of the Performance Center. He said if there’s one role he could pick for Shawn to do, it would be to help polish the talent that’s already one step away from being a star.
Triple H also noted that they would be open to doing more live TV for NXT, but has no plans for that right now. The Game also promoted the NXT All Access fan event on 11/14, and the upcoming 205 Live show on the WWE Network.
NXT Takeover: Toronto takes place on Saturday, November 19th, and airs live on the WWE Network.
