– WWE has announced that John Cena will make his TV return on the final SmackDown of the year, from Chicago on December 27th. The 15-time world champion has been away filming Fox reality competition American Grit in Georgia. Cena had his sights set on becoming a 16-time champion before taking his latest hiatus. It will be interesting to see how WWE puts him back into the title picture.
