NXT fan favorite Tye Dillinger made his SmackDown Live debut on Tuesday night from Orlando, Florida.
‘Perfect 10’ answered an open challenge from Curt Hawkins, who said he’d give anybody until the count of 10 to join him in the ring. Dillinger made short work of Hawkins and got the pinball victory with his Tyebreaker finisher
Tye Dillinger has been a mainstay at WWE developmental for the better part of a decade, joining Ohio Valley Wrestling back in 2006 before wrestling in WWE’s reboot of ECW from 2008-2009. He worked on the independent scene for several years before rejoining WWE in 2013, wrestling for NXT ever since. He was a surprise entrant in the 2017 Royal Rumble (entrant #10, of course) and has finally arrived on WWE’s main roster.
Here are some reactions to Dillinger’s main roster debut:
I give that match a long overdue

I remember @WWEDillinger starting in #wwe developmental 10 years ago. The tenacity he’s shown to never give up on his dream is inspiring.

Former NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura made his main roster debut on Tuesday night’s SmackDown Live from Orlando, Florida.
While The Miz and Maryse were cutting a promote on John Cena and Nikki Bella (dressed as them), they were interrupted by a violinist playing Nakamura’s theme. Nakamura came out to a huge ovation. He entered the ring and did his usual entrance and received a deafening “Nakamura” chant. It appears Nakamura will be entering into a program with The Miz, which has potential written all over it.
Nakamura competed at Saturday night’s NXT Takeover: Orlando event where he came up short against NXT Champion Bobby Roode in the main event.
