Sean Waltman told reporters yesterday that despite recent drug charges being dropped, he may still be on his way for prison. According to Waltman, he did not go through all the proper legal proceedings from a 2004 DUI charge, and he may have to serve a small prison sentence as a result.
Here is what Waltman told TMZ reporters yesterday:

Waltman caused a stir earlier this month when he went radio-silent for a couple of days, and missed some UK bookings. We would later find out he had been picked up by authorities for possession of marijuana capsules and edibles, as well as something the police believed to be methamphetamine.
When the substance was later determined not to be an illegal drug, all charges were dropped.
