Brock Lesnar is all set to make his first WWE Universal Title defense at the WWE’s Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view on July 9th, after winning the strap from Goldberg at WrestleMania 33 this past April.

A Fatal Five Way match will be held at this weekend’s Extreme Rules PPV between Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, and Bray Wyatt to determine who will challenge “The Beast” for the title next. Per a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, the program between the winner of the match and Lesnar is set to be a “one and done” deal, as Lesnar is still slated to face Braun Strowman at the SummerSlam PPV in August.

Lesnar is currently expected to appear on the June 12th taping of Monday Night RAW from Lafayette, LA, as well as the June 26th episode in Los Angeles from the Staples Center. Local advertisement has Lesnar taking on Bray Wyat in L.A., which is likely to be a dark match seeing as he hasn’t competed in a match on Monday Night RAW since 2012.

As for Lesnar’s other upcoming appearances, he is currently being advertised for RAW on July 3rd in Phoenix (go-home show for Great Balls Of Fire), as well as the next week’s show from Houston, TX on July 10th.
