26-year-old bodybuilder and boyfriend of WWE Superstar Dana Brooke, Dallas “Big Country” McCarver was reportedly found dead at his home yesterday evening (Mon. August 21, 2017).
According to a report to TMZ Sports, Brooke revealed that McCarver was found unconscious last night around midnight by a friend shortly after a phone conversation between herself and McCarver. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. Local law enforcement believes there are no signs of foul play, and Brooke claims McCarver showed no signs of intending to harm himself, as it appears the cause of death could be from McCarver choking on his food.
The last words he told Brooke on the phone were “I love you. Goodbye.” McCarver had a bit of a health scare last March during the 2017 Arnold Classic Australia where he collapsed onstage. As of late, however, he has seemed to be doing much better. Brooke posted the following picture of them together last night:
