The first season of Southpaw Regional Wrestling is arriving on the WWE Network this coming Monday.
Southpaw is the smash hit comedy series starring WWE’s top superstars about a fiction 1980’s regional wrestling promotion. The show premiered on WWE’s Youtube channel back in March and was an instant classic. Another long-lost tape of footage was uncovered, with season 2 dropping last month and culminating with the epic Showdown at the Swamp.
Earlier this week, WWE sent out a poll gauging fan interest in new WWE Network content, including original comedy series like Southpaw Regional Wrestling and a WWE version of ‘The Office.’
In light of that poll and WWE finally adding Southpaw to the Network, it seems like there’s a good chance we haven’t seen the last of Lance Catamaran and the gang.
