Former WWE Superstar Jack Swagger recently did an interview with The Huffington Post to talk about several professional wrestling topics. Swagger discussed what was special about working for WWE, what he failed to accomplish during his time with the promotion, and Cody Rhodes’ exit from the company.
What was special about working for WWE:
“I was very lucky to go to the biggest company in the world and wrestle. You definitely see the bigger arenas, the bigger crowds, hear the bigger pops, work with he bigger names. You can’t put a monetary value on that, because it’s so special.”
What he failed to accomplish while with the company:
“Anything I did not accomplish there, it wasn’t because there was a thumb over my head, pushing me down. It’s because I didn’t accomplish it. That’s the way I choose to go through life and look at things and move on.”
Cody Rhodes’ exit from the promotion:
“He has a very good brain for this business – he always has – and he really knew his game plan and what he wanted to do. He executed it very well.”
