Cena Apperances, Kanyon, Brooke Hogan, Italy Tour Line-Up
Cena is set to appear on Live with Regis and Kelly this morning at 9 AM on ABC and will make his first appearance on the Howard Stern Show this Wednesday. The WWE marketing machine will be in full effect this week for "The Marine", so expect lots of mentions of the film (good and bad) in the local and national media this week.
For those of you who just can't get enough Chris Kanyon in your life, he's now answering questions on the official Howard Stern message board.
The New York Times Media & Advertising section noted today that when FHM Magazine decided to use Brooke Hogan on the cover of their November issue, they contacted their liquor advertisers, moving those ads back to the December edition to prevent it from appearing as if the alcohol companies were attempting to market off a woman who was not of legal age to drink. Hogan's CD, heavily pushed by WWE's website in recent weeks and the focus of the "Hogan Knows Best" reality series on VH-1 will hit record stores on 10/24. VH-1 will help promote the series with a marathon showing of the series on 10/20.
Lots of changes for WWE's Italy tour in November: The ECW brand has been added to the tour. In an interview on Sport Italia, Bobby Lashley announced the they will return next spring along with RAW. The rumors are that Italy might get a TV taping on the next tour.
